Our goal is to take the hassle out of posting your pictures and captions on Facebook and Instagram so you can focus on running your business. Here's how we can boost your social media presence.
Facebook and Instagram
We’ll post directly to your feed on both platforms. If you only have personal pages, creating business pages is easy—just follow their simple instructions. Currently we’re focusing exclusively on Facebook and Instagram.
Our Approach to Marketing
Marketing is all about letting people know you’re out there, while advertising is about selling your products/services. We’re here to get the word out about your business by posting multiple times a day over a 28-day period.
Why Multiple Posts?
These days, Facebook and Instagram don’t guarantee that your posts will reach everyone who follows you. Seeing posts about you repeatedly helps customers remember you when they need what you offer. That’s why we post frequently—to maximize you being seen by your customers.
What We Need from You
We will send forms for you to fill in the following information:
Business Info: Your business name, personal names, addresses, phone numbers, social media handles, email address, website, and hashtags you use.
Photos and Captions: Upload five photos with captions that best represent your business. Think about what captures attention and consistently reflects your brand making it easily recognizable!
What makes your business unique? Do you have a specific name, logo, color scheme, or motif? For example, if you specialize in pixie haircuts at your salon, you might share photos of different models with pixie cuts. If you create wooden toys, consider using a consistent background color in your photos.
Where applicable, captions should highlight the name, materials, size, and special features of your products/services. Including the price is optional but can help if a significant factor.
Our Agreement and Pricing
We have a vested interest in your success! We want your pictures and captions to engage and inform your customers. We want to be a part of that process. We will work with you.
Our services include reviewing your pictures and captions noting how coherent your brand is presented. Your photos will be sized to Facebook and Instagram requirements and we will review for clarity. On your Facebook business page we will connect Instagram. You will list Assured Posting as admin (we will help) which allows us to post to your feed, your customers. We schedule five daily posts on each platform for 28 days totaling 280 posts for $350 or $1.25 per post and will complete the schedule within about a week after processing payment. Your Facebook Planner will show the posts and our copy of such becomes record of completed work. We will also post your 'posts' to our Assured Posting page and post one of our posts to your page giving us both additional exposure.
Not that we don't love talking to customers because we do. However we have found that in business what is written becomes word. Please email with questions and concerns. We will ask you to acknowledge and sign the above information as an Agreement to the services we provide. Payment is by Venmo Business @assuredposting.
